Dear ERB folks,

Just wanted to let you know that Mr. Bob Boze Bell recently confirmed he will definitely be our Dum Dum 2019 Guest of Honor/banquet speaker on Saturday, August 3, 2019 in Willcox.  Attached is his “About Me” bio from his blogsite.  He is a book and magazine illustrator/artist as well as writer and publisher.  His True West Magazine will be publishing my article “Edgar Rice Burroughs Hunted Apache Kid” in the July issue, on newsstands in early June.  I’ve heard he is a very entertaining speaker and I’ve asked him to speak a bit about the life and career of Apache Kid, the former army scout turned renegade that ERB’s Troop B searched for in 1896.  The Apache Kid legend is as prominent in the Southwest as that of Billy the Kid.
